What is it?
This is a service to request access to a shared department drive or classroom drive (Y: Drive) or report an issue with your roaming profile (X: Drive) which includes your Desktop, Documents, and Downloads.
Who can use it?
Faculty/staff and students have access to both an X: and Y: drive on campus.
