If you are experiencing issues with your web browser you may need to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This is a common way to resolve issues with web pages.
Chrome
To clear your cache in Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three vertical dots to open the menu.
- Click "Clear browsing data".
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time".
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click "Clear data".
- This usually takes about 30 seconds to finish. Please go back to the page where you were having the issue, reload the page and try again. If you were signed in, you will have to sign in again.
Firefox
To clear your cache in Firefox
- Click on the menu button to open the menu panel.
- Click History and select Clear Recent History….
- Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the OK button.
Edge
To clear your cache in Edge
- Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services .
- Under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear.
- Under Time range, choose a time range from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the types of browsing data you want to clear. For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form fill data.
- Select Clear now.
Safari
In the Safari browser:
- Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol
- Click on Settings...
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Privacy
- Click on the Manage Website Data button
- To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Remove Now
- Wait a few moments, then click Done
- Close the dialogue box remaining
- Press Command +Q to quit Safari
